Begin with a Visit!
The best way to learn more about Augustine School and gain an understanding of what a classical Christian education really means is to see it for yourself. Throughout the year we welcome interested families onto our campus to meet our teachers, shadow current students, and experience the enriching environment of a typical school day.
-
We offer personal tours year round! Please complete this form or contact us at (731) 660-6822 to schedule your visit.
-
Every January, Augustine School hosts an Open House event welcoming all prospective families. During this come and go event, prospective families are able to meet teachers, tour the school, and connect with current students and parents. It’s a great opportunity to visit and see what makes Augustine so special! Visit our Tours & Events page to learn more.
-
This beloved monthly storytime is for children ages 2-4 and their mothers (younger siblings also welcome!). We read a memorable story, plan a simple craft, and enjoy a snack. Mommy + Me is open to the public and takes place the last Monday of every month in the school library throughout the school year. If you are considering our Pre-K program for your child, this is a great way to experience our school! Visit our Tours & Events page to learn more.
Fill Out an Application
This is the next step that helps you explore if Augustine School is the best fit for your student and family. Starting an application doesn’t necessarily mean you’re ready to make a commitment – it simply opens the door to explore this option more fully and make more informed decisions as you consider what’s next. Our Admissions Director will work with you throughout the process to ensure you have submitted all the necessary documents to complete your application.
-
You can begin your application here. The application is completed and submitted online along with the $127 application fee.
-
All families who tour Augustine School receive a copy of our Lookbook - a brochure that offers a glimpse into the life of our Augustine School community. If you would like a sneak peek, you can also view it online here.
-
Beyond a campus visit, our Parent-Student Handbook is yet another resource available to you as you familiarize yourself with the mission and vision of Augustine School and begin your application.
Student Assessment
Once your student’s application has been submitted, our Admissions Director, Laura Lee Andre, will begin guiding your family through the next steps of the admissions process! These include student shadow days, parent interviews, and screenings. Assessment will vary depending on the age and grade level of your student. All of these opportunities help us to learn more about your family and allow you to ask any questions you may have. Once your application is complete, we will contact you to schedule these appointments.
Financial Aid
Augustine School offers need-based financial aid to eligible families. We have contracted with FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment (FGAA) for this purpose. Applications are submitted online and financial aid is awarded based on FGAA recommendations and available financial aid funds. Please note that in order to apply for financial aid, we must have a current application on file. Learn more about financial aid here.
-
We recommend starting your financial aid application beginning in January to ensure it is submitted as early as possible. You will need to submit W2s for the current year, so it may not be possible to fully file until February, but you can always begin your application and finish submitting tax materials once you receive them.
-
To complete your financial aid application you will need this year’s W2s and the previous year’s completed tax return. For example, if you are applying for the 2024-2025 school year, you will need W2s from 2023 and your 2022 tax return.
-
You will typically receive notice of financial aid within two weeks of submitting your FACTS application and required materials.
Notification of Acceptance
Once we have received all of your application materials and guided you through the necessary steps of assessment, we will notify you of the status of your application as soon as possible. We typically begin notifying families beginning in February.
