Congratulations to Augustine School’s 2022-2023 Leadership University graduates: Morgan Chenault, Mariam Putt, and William Brady!

Leadership University is a ten-month, highly competitive program for high school students who demonstrate leadership potential. Each spring, 10th graders from high schools across Jackson Madison County are able to apply. Applicants are interviewed by a committee and only the top 40 are selected. Through the Jackson Chamber, LU students complete 64 classroom hours, 12 hours of community service, and a group project. They discuss ethical leadership, gain essential skills in job hunting, discern how to best harness their skills to make a positive impact in their community, and connect with peers from schools around the city.
